Michael P. Ferree
Vice President - Operations
Mr. Ferree as VP of Project Management is responsible for technical analysis and project oversight and has over 25 years experience in industrial project and construction management, mechanical maintenance and energy development. Prior to joining Cate Street Capital Mike maintained an active practice as an independent energy-project consultant for both private and public companies. He served 18 years as President of Gateway, N.A. which successfully developed and constructed three power generation facilities in Utah, California and New Mexico, and held the position of Vice President in the Energy Department at First Southwest Company. In this capacity Mike was responsible for developing and reviewing energy-related contracts, performing due diligence on energy technologies, energy conservation and distributed generation projects.

Richard M. Cyr
Senior Vice President
Mr. Cyr as Senior VP is responsible for Cate Street Capital’s corporate and project communications. He is an energetic entrepreneur who, through his experience building successful businesses and advising over 150 companies, brings extensive business model feasibility analysis, marketing and sales management experience to the table. Co-founder and President of Cyr & Knowles in 1987, Richard's firm provided services to publicly traded companies such as BARD Inc, TYCO International, Dexter Corporation, Lydall and Willis Group Holdings. Through his 22 years of running “Cyr & Knowles” Richard developed extensive experience in a multiple of industries such as manufacturing, health care, high tech, financial, and insurance. With Richard as President, Cyr & Knowles consistently ranked in the top 1% of most profitable firms for its size throughout the country and won multiple professional awards over the span of its existence consisting of six national, four regional, and twenty-eight state wide. In 2005 Cyr & Knowles was successfully sold and Richard maintained an active consulting practice before joining CSC.

Judson J. Cleveland
Vice President - Managing Director
Mr. Cleveland as VP of Investor Relations & Business Development is responsible for private equity and institutional investor relationship management as well as new project assessments. He has over 10 years experience in the field of finance, specializing in business development and product placement. Prior to joining Cate Street Capital he was a top performer for Merrill Lynch Global Private Client Group and during that time was responsible for portfolio construction, investment due diligence and risk management for both high net worth private investors and corporate entities. Jud has held licenses as a General Securities Representative (Series 7), and obtained both the Uniformed State Law Exam (series 66) and his series 31 license. He is a graduate of Colby-Sawyer College with a BA in Business Administration with a concentration in finance.
